you idiot nectar cards need to be activated at a particular that within 48 hours from the first swipe at a new store that you habe not shopped at before so that means once you have swiped it from the 4hours you will be able to redeem points at that store as it needs to be activated by nectar not sainsburys.

Sorry that you have had so much hassle with your 0800 number.

Some people move away from 0800 numbers to 0845 because they know they won't have to pay call charges so theri costs will be fixed.

That's what I thought... but when having coffee 2 inches from your laptop is an everyday occurrence, the real value shifts from being £6.95 for a 'thing' to carry coffee into £6.95 for a 'thing' that protects your laptop from getting drenched by the coffee...

It's a great story - and having recently left a "one horse town" in the UK, I can empathise!

It would make you more readable however if you did a bit more proof-reading :) "loose" means "baggy" and "lose" means "not to have anymore"; similarly you weren't "loosing it" but "losing it".
